Lindsay was born in the Hills and has spent all of his life in the area - except for seven years in Tasmania. It was in Tassie that he entered the service industry, spending three years in hospitality and four years running his own indoor sports centre.

In 1994, Lindsay moved back to the West where he again made the Hills his home, and real estate his business. He has three children who make him proud every single day. Outside real estate, Lindsay's interests are gardening, footy, good wine, cricket and spending as much time with his family as he can.

He is President of the Darlington Retirement Accommodation Association (Inc), that looks after five villas for the elderly, and an avid member of the Darlington Social Cricket Club, Australia's oldest social cricket club.

Lindsay started in real estate in 1994 and has since helped over 1,500 families with their real estate needs. Lindsay specialises in Hills real estate and has always enjoyed the unique and varied properties he gets to see each day.

Without exaggeration, working with Earnshaws to sell our property was one of the most positive team-orientated approaches we’ve experienced.

Even before we agreed to sign up, to fit in with our work commitments, the process started with Earnshaws Agent, Roderick Smith coming not once, but twice to discuss and plan our property sale. Once signed up, we appreciated the courtesy call from Lindsay Earnshaw - just to welcome and touch base. Shortly after, we were (really!) swept off our feet with the outstanding quality of the photos that Monique and her team had taken in preparation for the sale to go live online.

We were surprisingly amazed with Earnshaws’ Facebook advertisement, with Kendall Earnshaw posting photographs and information about the home to catch people’s attention. We couldn’t believe that in just 1 month, the post got 18,025 views and had 725 likes comments and shares. We know this because Kendall (who said she ‘loves this stuff’ – and we believe her!) constantly kept us up to date. Even now, after selling the home and moving out, there are still people commenting on this post.

During the campaign (which obviously doesn’t happen for all sales campaigns), Roderick took a pre-booked vacation, and we then had the pleasure, and felt the ‘double-bonus’ of working with Randi Macpherson. Randi took special time to immediately familiarise herself with our property and us personally as clients. We were so impressed with how positive and welcoming she was, and it’s no wonder in our eyes, why buyers gravitate towards her.

Roderick and Randi kept us up to date with regular property and vendor reports and made themselves available at all times to clarify any concerns or queries we had. We also didn’t overlook the ‘behind the scenes’ support and information that Brittany Kember was providing to help make our sale process a seamless one. As with any commercial interaction, there were some small ‘hiccups’ and negotiations needed along the way, and the logical and informed way that Roderick handled these, sometimes getting counsel from his team was testament to his professionalism.
