Our representatives are subject to the "Real Estate and Business Agents and Sales Representatives Code of Conduct 2016" at all times. If you have a complaint you would like to bring to our attention, we will always aim to be fair and responsive and handle your complaint or feedback in a friendly and professional way. 
 
When we receive a complaint, we look on it as valuable feedback that may help us to improve the services we offer and to ensure your needs are met in a satisfactory and appropriate manner.

We will make all efforts possible to investigate your complaint, and advise you of the outcome as soon as possible. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can then refer your complaint to the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia of which we are a member, or the Conciliation Service provided by the Department of Commerce, who can be contacted at:
