Lindsay Earnshaw
Director/Principal
Lindsay was born in the Hills and has spent all of his life living in the area - except for seven and a half years when he lived in Tasmania. It was there where he entered into the service industry, first spending three and a half years in hospitality and four years running his own indoor sports centre.
In 1994, Lindsay moved back to the West where he has again made the Hills his home. He has three young children, Caitlin, James and Patrick. Outside Real Estate, Lindsay's interests are gardening, squash, golf, cricket (playing for the Darlington Social Cricket Club) and spending as much time with his family as he can.
He is President of the Darlington Retirement Accommodation Association (Inc), which looks after five villas for the elderly. He is also President of the cricket club.
Lindsay entered into a career in Real Estate in 1994 and has since sold hundreds of properties from Morley to Toodyay, specialising mainly in the unique Hills area of Perth (Boya through to Mundaring).
Lindsay's success can be attributed to his enthusiasm, positive energy and thorough organisational skills, whilst priding himself on treating others as he wishes to be treated himself. However Lindsay's most outstanding feature is his honesty. He calls a spade a spade and refuses to waste your time telling you that you will be able to achieve a price for your home that is unrealistic. “If I think it is worth $600,000 I will tell you, even if you want to hear $650,000."
Lindsay always feels that he can learn more and achieve higher results year after year. This is what drives him to work harder for his clients and he continually achieves 97.5% of the asking price for his owners.
Having the right person to market your home can make a difference of thousands of dollars in the final selling price. Don't take our word, take the word of some of Lindsay's satisfied clients.
